<通常診療>
a. 入院／診断後に，小児科医よりリハビリテーション導入に関する同意を得て，依頼が出される．
尚，同じタイミングで本研究に関する説明・同意取得も行う．
b. 依頼を受けたリハビリテーション科医がリハビリテーション処方を行い，担当セラピストが決定される．　
c. 疾患に対し治療が開始される段階で，初回リハビリテーション評価を実施する．
d. 治療期では、治療相毎にリハビリテーション評価を実施する．
e. 治療が終了すれば、退院時リハビリテーション評価を実施する．

<本研究による観察>
f. 退院後、外来受診時（3ヶ月後，6ヵ月後，12か月後，36ヶ月後の最長で3年間）にリハビリテーション評価を定期的に行う．

<Standard medical care>
a. After hospitalization / diagnosis, a request is made with the consent of the pediatrician regarding the introduction of rehabilitation.
At the same time, explanations and consent for this research will be obtained.
b. The rehabilitation doctor who received the request will prescribe the rehabilitation and the therapist in charge will be decided.
c. Initial rehabilitation evaluation is performed at the stage when treatment for the disease is started.
d. During the treatment period, rehabilitation evaluation is performed for each treatment phase.
e. When the treatment is completed, a rehabilitation evaluation will be conducted at the time of discharge.

<Observation by this study>
f. After discharge, rehabilitation evaluation will be performed regularly at the time of outpatient visit (3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 36 months, up to 3 years).
