選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
慶應義塾大学病院 腎臓内分泌代謝内科に外来通院または入院しているBMIが25以上の肥満者で、本試験に文書で同意が得られた患者。ただし未成年者は含まない。

The patients with BMI of 25 or more who are outpatients or hospitalized in the Division of Endocrinology Metabolism and Nephrology, Keio University Hospital, and who have given written informed consent to this study.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
①抗菌剤やプロトンポンプ阻害薬など、腸内細菌への影響が知られている薬物を服薬中の患者
②消化管疾患で治療中の患者
③虫垂切除術以外の消化管手術の既往がある患者
④妊娠または妊娠の可能性がある患者
⑤管理困難な精神疾患を有する患者
⑥書面による同意取得が不可能、または研究の概要や目的が理解できない患者
⑦研究責任医師又は研究分担医師が本研究を実施するのに不適当と認めた患者

1) Patients taking medications which have effects on intestinal bacteria, such as antibacterial agents or proton pump inhibitors.
2) Patients being treated for gastrointestinal disorders.
3) Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery other than appendectomy.
4) Patients who are pregnant or may become pregnant.
5) Patients with difficult-to-manage mental illness.
6) Patients who cannot give written informed consent or do not understand the outline and purpose of the study.
7) Patients who are decided to be inappropriate for conducting this study by the principal investigator or the investigators.
