Balance exercise (twice a week, two sets of 1 min per session, for a total of 2 min per session) by using the stabilometer installed with the function of disturbance generation (BASYS, Tec Gihan Co. Ltd., Kyoto, Japan) for 6 weeks

バランスマット(セルコム社，福岡）を用いたバランス運動（週2回，1回1分を2セット，計2分)を6週間実施

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）発症後12ヶ月以上の虚血性または出血性の脳卒中
2）補助器具の有無にかかわらず少なくとも10mの歩行が可能であること
3)口頭でのコミュニケーションが可能であること

1) ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke of at least 12 months duration
2) ability to walk at least 10 m with or without assistive devices
3) Able to communicate verbally
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 採用時に、下肢に影響を及ぼす整形外科的または筋骨格的な損傷に対する治療歴のある患者
2)痙攣性障害、頭部外傷、末梢神経障害などの神経学的機能障害の既往歴のある患者

1) Patients with a history of treatment for orthopedic or musculoskeletal injuries affecting the lower extremities at the time of recruitment
2)Patients with a history of neurological dysfunction, such as seizure disorder, head injury, and peripheral neuropathy
