目的/Objectives

目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
レンバチニブが投与された進行肝がん患者から採取された，腫瘍検体と血液検体を用いる。腫瘍検体において，癌細胞の遺伝子変異を検出するとともに，周辺微小環境を構成する免疫細胞の遺伝子発現解析や免疫染色を実施し，腫瘍免疫を分類するうえで特徴的な遺伝子やタンパク質発現を抽出する。血液検体において，多種類の腫瘍免疫に関係するサイトカイン，ケモカイン等を測定する。これらの情報を，レンバチニブ投与前，投与中，投与終了時に取得し，レンバチニブが免疫細胞へ与える影響を解析することを目的とする。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

Administered lenbatinib as first-line treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma under health　insurance coverage until October 2020.
Obtained tissue and blood samples in designated time points above.
Obtained following informed consent:Informed consent for genomic analysis of tumor and peripheral blood_Ethical Committee of　Hiroshima University No. 98 or or Informed consent for the use of clinical samples_Hiroshima No. 98 and UMIN000039887

Patients in this study have advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and administered lenvatinib as first line treatment in Hiroshima university hospital. All patients in this study provide written informed consent. The details of inclusion and exclusion criteria are written in the following section.
