（１）上部もしくは下部消化管内視鏡検査を行う患者
（２）本研究計画について十分に理解し、本人による同意が可能な患者
（３）同意取得時における年齢が満20歳以上の患者

(1) Patients undergoing upper or lower gastrointestinal endoscopy
(2) Patients who fully understand this research plan and are able to give their consent.
(3) Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent.
