4. 摂取12週間後、摂取24週間後におけるDual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) 法による左大腿骨頸部の測定項目 {骨面積、骨塩量、骨密度、T-スコア、若年成人平均値 (YAM)、Zスコア}、DEXA法による腰椎正面総量の測定項目 (骨面積、骨塩量、骨密度、T-スコア、YAM値、Zスコア)、血流依存性血管拡張反応 (FMD)、血管最大拡張幅、安静時血管径、Ⅰ型コラーゲン架橋N-テロペプチド (NTx)、酒石酸抵抗性酸性フォスファターゼ5b (TRACP-5b)、オステオカルシン (OC) の実測値

5. 摂取12週間後、摂取24週間後におけるDEXA法による左大腿骨頸部の測定項目 (骨面積、骨塩量、骨密度、T-スコア、YAM値、Zスコア)、DEXA法による腰椎正面総量の測定項目 (骨面積、骨塩量、骨密度、T-スコア、YAM値、Zスコア)、FMD、血管最大拡張幅、安静時血管径、NTx、TRACP-5b、OC のスクリーニング兼摂取前検査からの変化量、変化率

The measured values of the following items at 12w and 24w: left femoral neck and total amount of lumbar vertebra {bone area, bone mineral density, bone density, T-score, Young Adult Mean (YAM) score, and Z score} measured by Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA), Flow Mediated Dilation (FMD), maximum expansion width of vessel, diameter of vessels at rest, crosslinked N-telopeptide of type I collagen (NTx), Tartrate-resistant Acid Phosphatase 5b (TRACP-5b), and osteocalcin (OC)

5. The amount and rate of change from Scr in each of the following items at 12w and 24w: left femoral neck and total amount of lumbar vertebra (bone area, bone mineral density, bone density, T-score, YAM score, and Z score) measured by DEXA, FMD, maximum expansion width of vessel, diameter of vessels at rest, NTx, TRACP-5b, and OC

試験食品: エス・ワン・エス
用法・用量: 1回10 g (添付スプーン2杯) を1日2回摂取する。

※添付スプーンすりきり2杯をシェーカー (株式会社ピーエスにて準備) に入れ、水またはお好みの飲料を150 cc程入れてよく振って混ぜ、摂取する。
※1日の用量はその日のうちに摂取する。

Test food: S･ONE･S
Administration: Take 10 g (two spoonfuls of the attached spoon) twice a day.

* Add two level spoonful of test food and approximately 150 cc of water or your favorite beverage into a prepared shaker. And then shake well to mix and take them.
* Daily dose should be taken within the day.

6. スクリーニング兼摂取前検査におけるBAPの値が低い者

7. スクリーニング兼摂取前検査における腰椎正面総量のYAM値が70%以上

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、腎障害、脳血管障害、リウマチ、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. ホルモン療法をしている者

5. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品、その他の機能性が考えられる食品/飲料を日頃から摂取している者

6. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを常用している者

7. アレルギー (医薬品・試験食品関連食品) 特にゼラチン、コラーゲン、卵アレルギーがある者

8. 同意書取得日以前の28日間において他の臨床試験に参加していた者、あるいは試験期間中に参加予定のある者

9. 喫煙している者

10. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

1. Subjects who are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical history of malignant tumor, heart failure, and myocardial infarction

2. Subjects who have a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)

3. Currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases: cardiac arrhythmia, liver disease, kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatism, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. Subjects who receive hormonal therapy

5. Subjects who use or take "Foods for Specified Health Uses," "Foods with Function Claims," or other functional food/beverage in daily use

6. Subjects who are currently taking medications (including herbal medicines) and supplements

7. Subjects who are allergic to medications and/or the test-food-related products (particularly gelatin, collagen, and egg)

8. Subjects who have been enrolled in other clinical trials within the last 28 days before the agreement to participate in this trial or plan to participate another trial during this trial

9. Subjects who are smokers

10. Subjects who are judged as ineligible to participate in the study by the physician
