(1) 研究参加の同意を本人の自由意思により文書で取得できるもの
(2) 研究参加希望時に年齢が20歳以上であるもの
(3) 担当薬剤師の説明を受け、自宅で機器やスマートフォンのアプリケーションによる生活習慣の管理が可能なもの

(1) Those who can freely and voluntarily give their written consent to participate in the study.
(2) Be at least 20 years old at the time they wish to participate in the study
(3) Be able to manage their lifestyle at home using a device or smartphone application after receiving explanation from the pharmacist in charge

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1) 研究参加希望時に慢性疾患のために診察を受けており、参加について医師の許可が得られなかったもの
(2) その他、担当薬剤師が本研究への参加を不適当と判断したもの

(1) Those who are undergoing medical examination for a chronic disease at the time they wish to participate in the study and have not received permission from their physician to participate
(2) Others who are judged by the pharmacist in charge to be inappropriate for participation in this study.
