1. 2016年4月2日以降に出生した乳幼児
2. 4ヵ月、10ヵ月、1歳6ヵ月、3歳、5歳の各乳幼児健康診査の対象者とその保護者のうち、保護者から文書での同意が得られている者

1. Infants born on or after April 2, 2016
2. Those eligible for the 4-month, 10-month, 1.5-year, 3-year, and 5-year infant health checkups and their parents who have obtained written informed consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1. 保護者（母親）もしくは親権者から、本調査に対して文書での同意が得られない者
2．先天性異常（先天性疾患、代謝異常症）のある者
3．在胎週数が37週未満の者

1. Participants who cannot obtain written informed consent for this study from their parents or individuals with parental authority
2. Infants with congenital abnormalies including a congenital disease and metabolic disorders
3. Infants born less than 37 weeks of gestation
