目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	統合失調症、気分障害、自閉スペクトラム症、てんかん、健常者を対象として、臨床脳波から得られる自発脳波と聴性定常反応の周波数解析を行い、各種精神疾患のバイオマーカーとなる可能性について検討する。	The objective of this study is to detect neurophysiological biomarkers for various psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, mood disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and epilepsy by analyzing spontaneous EEG activity and auditory steady-state response.

年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	65 歳/years-old 未満/>
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	【健常者群】 (1) 20-65歳の男女 【患者群】 (1) 20-65歳の男女 (2) 統合失調症患者・双極性障害患者 ・大うつ病性障害患者・自閉スペクトラム症患者・てんかん患者 (3) 疾患群の診断はDSM-Vによる (4) 診断は2人以上の精神科専門医により行う	Healthy subjects group (1) Males and females aged 20-65 years Patient group (1) Males and females aged 20-65 years (2) Patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, and autism spectrum disorder (3) Diagnosis will be conducted based on DSM-V (4) Two or more psychiatrists will conduct a diagnosis of each patient
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	【健常群】 (1) 神経疾患、重度の頭部外傷の既往がある場合 (2) 電気けいれん療法の既往がある場合 (3)過去５年以内にアルコール乱用または薬物乱用の既往がある場合 (4)構造化面接(SCID non-patient edition)にて、Ⅰ軸の精神疾患がある場合、または本人の情報に基づき第一度近親者(親・兄弟・子)にⅠ軸の精神疾患がある場合 (5)聴力障害がある場合 【患者群】 (1) 神経疾患(てんかん群でのてんかんを除く)、重度の頭部外傷の既往がある場合 (2) 電気けいれん療法の既往がある場合 (3) 過去５年以内にアルコール乱用または薬物乱用の既往がある場合 (4) 聴力障害がある場合 (5) 精神症状が不安定であり、検査や説明による増悪の可能性がある研究者が判断した場合	Normal group (1) History of neurological disease or severe head injury (2) History of electroconvulsive therapy (3) History of alcohol or drug abuse within the past 5 years (4) When the participant is suspected of having a mental illness in a structured interview (SCID non-patient edition), or, when a first-degree close relative (parent, sibling, child) has a mental illness (5) Hearing impairment Patient group (1) History of Neurological disorders (excluding epilepsy in the epilepsy group) or severe head trauma (2) History of electroconvulsive therapy (3) History of alcohol abuse or drug abuse within the past 5 years (4) Hearing impairment (5) When researcher judge that the patient is ineligible to participate this study
