目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	EBUS下に極細径気管支鏡（MP290F）で検体採取した、非小細胞肺癌と診断された症例の腫瘍細胞数、診断率、生検回数、何番目の検体で最初に診断がついたか、オンコマイン解析成功率を、EBUS-GS法で検体採取した細径気管支鏡使用例と比較する。	To compare the number of tumor cells, diagnostic yield, number of biopsies, how many specimens were diagnosed first, and success rate of Oncomine analysis in cases of non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed using the ultrathin bronchoscope (MP290F) under radial EBUS with cases using the thin bronchoscope with specimens collected using the EBUS-GS method.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1) 20歳以上の患者 2) 診療内容の情報が診療録から取得できる患者 3) 末梢性肺病変に対して極細径気管支鏡もしくは細径気管支鏡検査を施行した患者	1) patients who are 20 years old or older 2) patients whose medical information can be obtained from the medical record 3) patients who have undergone ultrathin bronchoscopy or thin bronchoscopy for peripheral lung lesions
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	公開された情報から本研究に対して不参加の申し出があった患者	patients who have requested not to participate in this study based on published information
