①EATミトコンドリア機能とEAT体積量、および、心房リモデリング指標との関連性を解析する。②EATミトコンドリア機能とアディポサイトカインの遺伝子発現との相関を評価する。③EAT secretomeを介した心房の組織学的・電気生理学的リモデリングが起こるか評価する。④EATミトコンドリア機能低下を規定する因子を解析する。

(1) To evaluate the relationship between EAT mitochondrial function and EAT volume or atrial remodeling parameters. (2) To evaluate the relationship betweeen EAT mitochondrial function and gene expression of adipocytokines. (3) To examine whether impaired EAT mitochondrial function leads to atrial histological and electrophysiological remodelings. (4) To examine what regulate the impaired EAT mitochondrial function.
