主な結果/Results

日本語
研究には、8つのセンターから合計104例が含まれました。早期脳卒中（30日以内）は33例（VA PAOの31例と内頸動脈PAOの2例）で発生し、そのうち虚血性脳卒中が最も多いグループでした（29例）。臨床的な追跡は1か月以上85例で可能でした。平均追跡期間45.8±25.8ヶ月の間、VA PAOの1例が機能の悪化を伴わない脳卒中を経験しました。画像の追跡は75例で行われました。閉塞したVAの再開通は2例で観察されました。残りの画像変化は、VA PAO後の対側VA狭窄でした。臨床的および放射線学的なイベントの発生率は、それぞれ患者年間1.2%と1.1%でした。

Early stroke (within 30 days) occurred in 33 (31.7%) cases. Clinical follow-up over 1 month was available for 85 cases. The incidence of clinical and radiological events was 1.2% and 1.1% per patient year, respectively.
