簡易版Trail Making Test B、立法形描画テスト
3.質問紙検査
在宅運動セルフエフィカシー尺度によるアドヒアランス評価、食品多様性評価、GDS15による抑うつ評価、LSNS-6によるソーシャルサポート評価、介護予防チェックリストによる生活機能評価を実施する。
4.安全性評価
介入期間中に発生するすべての有害事象の発生件数を評価する。
5.アドヒアランス評価
中止・脱落率。運動日誌の運動実践率。栄養日誌の多様性得点。

2.4日/月以上の就労実績がある者
3.研究参加への同意が得られる者

1. older workers registered at employment dispatch centers
2. who have worked 4 days/month or more
3. who are able to provide informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.かかりつけ医に運動を禁止されている者
2.過去3か月以内に狭心症や心筋梗塞の経験があるまたは心臓手術歴のある者
3.過去に就業安全調査に参加したことがある者
4.過去に10回コースのフレイル予防教室に参加したことがある者
5.その他、研究責任者の判断によって研究参加者として不適格と判断された者

2. who have experienced angina or myocardial infarction, heart surgery within the last 3 months.
3. who have participated in the other observation survey
4. who have participated in the 10 times course frailty prevention class in the past
5. who are judged to be ineligible as a participant by a principal investigator.
