主な結果/Results

Reverse anterior drawer法を用いると、前距腓靭帯損傷患者における前距腓靭帯長の変化は熟練者群で3.3mm（2.2～4.8mm）、初心者群では2.7mm（0.0～4.1mm）だった。前距腓靭帯正常患者における靭帯長の変化は経験者群で0.5mm（0.1～0.9mm）、初心者群で0.4mm（-0.1～1.5mm）だった。測定量(P = 0.37)および分散(P = 0.72)に有意なグループ間差はなかった。同様に、anterior drawer法においても、測定量および分散に有意な群間差は認められなかった。

Using the reverse anterior drawer method, the change in the anterior talofibular ligament length was 3.3 mm in the experienced group and 2.7 mm in the beginner group for the ligament injured patient. The length changes for the patient with intact anterior talofibular ligament were 0.5 mm and 0.4 mm in the experienced and beginner groups, respectively.

検者は熟練者群10名、初心者群10名の計0名だった。熟練者の平均年齢は43歳（34～55歳）で、超音波検査の経験は8.4年（5～17年）だった。初心者群の平均年齢は28歳（26-35歳）で、経験年数は0.7年（0-1年）だった。

The examiners consisted of 10 experienced and 10 beginner examiners.The mean age of the experienced examiners was 43 years (range, 34 to 55 years) with 8.4 years (range, 5 to 17 years) of experience in ultrasonography. The mean age of the beginner examiners was 28 years (range, 26 to 35 years) with 0.7 years (range, 0 to 1 years) of experience.

参加者の流れ/Participant flow

各検者は、前距腓靭帯損傷患者と前距腓靭帯正常患者に対して、reverse anterior drawer法とanterior drawer法を用いてストレス超音波検査を行った。
