方法：2021年6月にPubMed，Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials（CENTRAL），Physiotherapy Evidence Database（PEDro），Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature（CINAHL），医学中央雑誌（医中誌）の各データベースを検索した。検索は、フリーテキストの単語とMedical Subject Headings（MeSH）の用語を組み合わせて行った。「介入」と「結果」という2つの概念を「AND」演算子で組み合わせた。介入とは、身体活動量の増加を目的とした運動または教育的介入と定義した。アウトカムは、膝痛と定義した。それぞれの概念について、同義語とMeSH用語を「OR」演算子で結合した。

Methods: In June 2021, PubMed, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), and the Central Journal of Medicine (Igaku Chujo). Searches were conducted using a combination of free-text words and Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms. Two concepts, "intervention" and "outcome," were combined using the "AND" operator. Intervention was defined as an exercise or educational intervention aimed at increasing physical activity. Outcome was defined as knee pain. For each concept, synonyms and MeSH terms were combined with the "OR" operator.
