主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	前希釈OHDFおよび後希釈OHDF施行時の溶質除去性能（BUN、β2-MG、α1-MG）およびアルブミン漏出量	Removal performances for solutes including BUN, beta2-MG and alpha1-MG, and amount of albumin loss.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1）OHDFを実施していること 2）透析前血清アルブミン濃度が3.3g/dL以上であること 3）血流量が200mL/min以上取れる安定したシャントであること 4）治療中の循環動態が安定していること 5）透析導入から2年以上経過していること	1)Patients who have been receiving online HDF. 2)Serum albumin concentration will be more than 3.3 g/dL. 3)Patients who will have stable arteriovenous fistula that can get more than 200 mL/min blood flow. 4)Hemodynamics will be stable. 5)Dialysis vintage will be more than 2 years.
