日本語
第一段階として「訪問看護師教育におけるシミュレーション教育プログラムの作成」を目的とした予備調査（聞き取り調査）の実施、第二段階では、予備調査からえられた結果を基に「現地派遣型訪問看護師シミュレーション教育プログラム」を作成して実施し、プログラムの妥当性と有効性を評価・検証することを目的とする。

The first phase is to conduct a preliminary survey (interview survey) for the purpose of "creating a simulation based education program in home-visit nurse education." The purpose of the second phase is to implement and deliver the "simulation based education program in home-visit nurse education", and to evaluate and verify the validity and effectiveness of the program.

シミュレーション教育実施前後の知識確認テストの得点の変化を以下のタイミングで評価する。
①初回シミュレーション教育実施の前後

シミュレーション教育プログラム(90
分以内/各回)を研究参加者の所属する施設で実施する。
初回実施から3ヵ月毎に計４回実施する。
シナリオに基づいて設定されたシミュレータに対して研究参加者は状態観察や必要なケアを10分程度シミュレーションする（90分の中で2回)。
シミュレーションの前後ではeラーニングを実施し、知識の確認を行う。

90 minutes simulation based education program will be conducted at the facility to which the research participants belong.
It will be implemented 4 times every 3 months from the first implementation.
The research participants simulate the physical assessment and necessary care for about 10 minutes for the simulator set based on the each scenario.
Before and after the simulation, e-learning will be conducted to confirm the knowledge.

第一段階(予備調査)で同意の得られた在宅看護センター施設に所属する新任訪問看護師および研修を希望する訪問看護師

Newer home-visit nurses who belong to home-based nursing center facilities and home-visit nurses who wish to receive training in the first phase(preliminary survey).
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
研究協力施設の看護管理責任者は除く。
看護管理責任者が業務の都合等により除外した方がよいと判断した者は除く。

Nursing managers at research cooperation facilities are excluded.
Excludes those who are judged by the nursing manager to be excluded due to any reasons.
