目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	下肢伸展挙上 (SLR) と 指床間距離 (FFD) をハムストリングスに対する柔軟性の指標として主要評価項目に設定し、静的ストレッチングに対するFoot tapeの柔軟性向上効果について非劣性・同等性を評価すること。	To evaluate the non-inferiority and equivalence of foot tape's flrxibility-enhancing effect on static stretching by setting the primary outcomes with straight-leg-raising (SLR) and floor-finger-distance (FFD) as indicators of hamstrings flexibility.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	介入後のSLRの角度とFFD	SLR angle and FFD after intervention
副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	介入後の股関節屈曲筋力 (HFS), 膝関節伸展筋力 (KES), ツーステップの距離 (TSD), 介入時の痛みの程度 (NRS)	Post-intervention hip flexor strength (HFS), knee extension strength (KES), two step distance (TSD), and pain intensity during the intervention using the numeric rating scale (NRS).

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	Stretching groupに割り当てられた参加者はハムストリングスのstatic stretchingが遂行される。参加者の割付が隠蔽化された1名の研究者はStretchingの方法について個別に指導する。治療頻度は30秒間保持を1回のみ遂行される。	Participants assigned to the Stretching group will be subjected to static stretching of the hamstrings. One researcher whose participant allocation is concealed will individually teach how to stretch. The frequency of treatment is to hold for 30 seconds only once.
介入2/Interventions/Control_2	フットテープ群に割り当てられた参加者には、キネシオロジーテープ（NK-50, NITTO DENKO, Japan）が足の裏に貼付される。テープは参加者の割付が盲検化された同一の研究者1名が貼付する。	kinesiology tape (NK-50, NITTO DENKO, Japan) is attached to the sole of feet of the participants assigned to the foot tape group. The tape will be applied by the same investigator who will be blinded to the participant's assignment.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	身体的に活動的な大学生	Physically active university students
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	除外基準は以下の通りとする。 （1）過去6週間の下肢損傷 （2）過去6週間の腰椎病変（例: ROMを制限する既知の腰椎病変、以前の腰椎外科手術、ROMおよび機能を制限する既知の腰仙椎の身体的障害を含む腰椎病変） （3）過去6か月以内の下肢手術または過去1年以内の主要な靭帯手術	Exclusion criteria shall be as follows (1) Lower extremity injury in the past 6 weeks (2) Lumbar spine lesions in the past 6 weeks (e.g., known lumbar lesions that limit ROM, previous lumbar spine surgery, lumbar spine lesions including known lumbosacral spine physical impairment that limits ROM and function) (3) Lower extremity surgery within the past 6 months or major ligamentous surgery within the past year
