目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	健常な20歳以上-40歳未満の男性を対象に、運動後の栄養摂取温度が消化吸収、代謝に及ぼす影響を明らかにすること	The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of post-exercise nutritional temperature on digestion, absorption, and metabolism in healthy males between the ages of 20 and 40.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	30分間の運動に耐えられない方、女性、喫煙習慣がある方	Those who cannot endure 30 minutes of exercise, women, and those with smoking habits. Between 20 and 40 years old, healthy male
