若年女性の食生活を改善する一助として、デジタル技術を用いた遠隔による栄養教育が、若年女性の食習慣や食行動、栄養素等摂取量、筋量および筋力に与える影響について検討することを目的とする。

身体的、精神的、社会的な困難や支障を日常生活に認めない健康な女性の学生で、研究の同意が得られる者を対象とする。

1）循環器疾患、代謝疾患、腎疾患などの病気を有し、医師による薬物の処方や治療を受けている者
2）妊娠および授乳中の者
3）同意撤回者
