目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	吸入麻酔薬デスフルランによって全身麻酔管理された患者の術後早期のせん妄発症率，有害事象の有無を調査し，デスフルラン麻酔が術後せん妄発症を低減するのか後方視的に検討する．	To investigate the incidence of delirium and adverse events in the early postoperative period in patients managed under desflurane anesthesia.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	主たる全身麻酔薬としてデスフルランが投与された群と非投与群での，術後せん妄発症率を比較	The incidence of postoperative delirium between groups receiving desflurane and those not receiving desflurane

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	以下の条件を満たす患者を適格基準とする． (1) 2020年に東北大学病院で全身麻酔下に手術を受けた患者 (2) 術後に集中治療室（ICU/HCU）へ収容された患者 (3) 年齢20歳以上の成人患者 (4) 性別は不問とする	The eligibility criteria will be patients who meet the following conditions (1) Patients who underwent surgery under general anesthesia at Tohoku University Hospital in 2020 (2) Patients who are admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU/HCU) after surgery (3) Adult patients aged 20 years or older (4) Gender is not required.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	集中治療室入室時に鎮静状態にあった患者，人工呼吸器が装着されていた患者．本人から同意を得られない患者．	Patients who were sedated or on a ventilator when they entered the intensive care unit. Patients whose consent cannot be obtained from the patient.

その他関連情報/Other related information	母集団は2020年に東北大学病院で全身麻酔下に手術を受け，且つ術後に集中治療室（ICU/HCU）へ収容された重症成人患者を対象とする．デスフルラン投与群と非投与群にわけ，術後せん妄発症率を比較検討する．高齢者群と非高齢者群にわけ，術後せん妄発症率を比較検討する．患者背景，手術的要素（手術時間，出血量）など，および併用麻酔方法（神経ブロック，硬膜外麻酔）で多変量解析をおこない，術後せん妄発症リスク因子を検討する．	･ The population will consist of critically ill adult patients who underwent surgery under general anesthesia at Tohoku University Hospital in 2020 and were admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU/HCU) after surgery. ･ We will compare the incidence of postoperative delirium in the desflurane group and the non-desflurane group. ･ We will compare the incidence of postoperative delirium in the elderly group and the non-elderly group. ･ The risk factors for the development of postoperative delirium will be investigated by multivariate analysis of patient background, surgical factors (operative time, blood loss), and concomitant anesthesia methods (nerve block, epidural anesthesia).
