日本語
全対象者に2週間のヨガ療法(週に2回、60分/回)を課す。ヨガ療法の各構成は、呼吸法(5分)、ストレッチ(10分)、ヨガのポーズ(30分)、瞑想/リラクゼーション(15分)の60分間とする。本研究では、対面式とオンライン式を併用したヨガ療法介入とし、第1回目及び第4回目は、対面にてヨガ療法を実施し、第2回目及び第3回目には、オンライン中継のヨガ療法を実施する。オンライン式ヨガ療法介入は、Web会議サービス(Zoom)を用いたリアルタイム介入を行い、最低2人の参加者で実施可能とし、対面と同様のヨガ構成とする。介入参加中、研究対象者は追加のヨガ療法は行わないものとする。

All participants will take a 2-week yoga intervention(twice a week, 60-min session/per). The module on yoga therapy will contain warm-up, meditation, yoga poses, and breathing exercises. Each yoga session will be conducted with both in-person and online intervention. During the study, the prescription among each participant will be sustained.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1 活動性病変(感染症、外傷)があり、運動を行う事ができないと医師の診断を受けている者。
2 情緒的消耗が軽度であるとみなされるもの(MBI-GSにおいて、疲弊感:2.0以下及びシニシズム:1.0以下)の者。
