目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究の目的は、急性感染症のアウトブレイクもしくはパンデミック下で保健医療従事者へのスティグマや差別がどのように形成されどういった結果をもたらしているかを、既存文献のスコーピングレビューによって明らかにする。	The purpose of this scoping review is to evaluate existing publications to examine how stigma and social discrimination related to acute infectious disease outbreaks and pandemics toward healthcare workers were formed and what the consequences of them were.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	急性感染症パンデミック下での保健医療従事へのスティグマや差別に関する一次研究を選択する。量的デザインは保健医療従者の精神健康に対するスティグマや差別の影響を評価するために含める。質的研究はその文脈を理解するために含める。	Studies are included if they reported primary research, described or evaluated the stigma and social discrimination related to acute infectious disease outbreaks and pandemics towards healthcare workers. Quantitative designs are included to assess the effect of stigma and social discrimination on the mental health of healthcare workers. Qualitative designs are included to provide context.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	編集者へのレター、コメンタリー、エディトリアル、オピニオン、レビュー、非英語文献は除外する。HIV、ハンセン病、結核も除外する。	Exclusion criteria include letters to the editor, commentaries, editorials, opinions, reviews, and non-English literature. Additionally, studies of HIV, leprosy and tuberculosis are also excluded.

その他関連情報/Other related information	以下のデータベースを用いて系統的文献サーチを実施する。 PubMed, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), PsycINFO, and Embase. サーチタームは以下を用いる。 “stigma” or “social discrimination” combined with terms for “COVID-19”, “SARS”, “MERS”, “Influenza”,　“Ebola”, “Outbreak”, “Epidemic”, “Pandemic”, “Virus”, and “Infections”	A systematic search is conducted in the following databases: PubMed, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), PsycINFO, and Embase. No study design restrictions are applied. Studies are identified using search terms for "stigma" or "social discrimination" combined with terms for "COVID-19", "SARS", "MERS", "Influenza", "Ebola", "Outbreak", "Epidemic", "Pandemic", "Virus", and "Infections"
