年齢が20歳以上、65歳未満の男性及び女性を対象に、試験食品を8週間継続摂取させることにより免疫マーカーおよび腸内環境に与える影響を確認する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上65歳未満の日本人男女
(2)直近2年間以内に上気道感染症にかかったことがある方
(3)設定された来院日に試験会場へ通うことが可能な方
(4)試験開始前に試験の参加に同意し、同意書署名及び日付を自身で記入出来る方

1. Japanese males and females who aged 20 to under 65 at the time of informed consent.
2. Those who suffered from upper respiratory tract infection within the last two years
3. Those who are able to attend the examination site on the days of visit
4. Those who can make self-judgment to participate the study and are voluntarily giving written informed consent with signature and date

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)肝障害、腎・心疾患、臓器障害、糖尿病、その他重篤な疾患に罹患したことがある方
(2)消化管切除術歴がある方（盲腸切除を除く）
(3)治療中の内科系慢性疾患を有する方
(4)22時～5時枠を含むシフト勤務者
(5)妊娠している方、試験中に妊娠を希望される方及び授乳中の方
(6)日常的に過度の喫煙、多量のアルコールを摂取している方
(7)免疫に影響を及ぼす可能性があるサプリメント・健康食品（特定保健用食品・機能性表示食品を含む）の摂取を止めることができない方
(8)試験実施時期（7-9月）に季節性アレルギーが発症する方、およびアレルギー性鼻炎（季節性・通年性問わず）を有する方
(9)宗教上等の理由により、由来が明示されていない食品を摂取できない方
(10)試験責任医師により本試験参加に不適切と判断された方

1. Patients who have a medical history of liver disease, kidney disease, cardiac disease, organ disorder, diabetes, and other serious diseases
2. Patients who have a history of gastrointestinal resection (excluding appendectomy)
3. Those who have chronic medical diseases under treatment
4. Those who work during 22 to 5 o'clock as night shift worker
5. Those who are pregnant, wish to become pregnant during the test period, or are breastfeeding
6. Those who have excessive smoking habits or consume alcohol excessively
7. Those who cannot stop eating supplements or health foods including HOSHU and FFC which may activate immune functions
8. Those who have seasonal allergies during study period (July-September) or allergic rhinitis (seasonal or year-round)
9. Those who need to avoid consuming food whose origin is not clearly indicated due to religious or other reasons
10. Those who are judged as unsuitable for the study by the principal investigator for other reasons

L-92摂取群はプラセボ群と比較して、pDC活性の有意な上昇、および部位・全身症状の有意な緩和を確認した。また、L-92はバクテロイデス属および便中IgAを有意に増加させた。

英語
L-92 group showed significant activation of plasmacytoid dendritic cells and significant improvement in local and systemic symptoms during the intervention period compared to the placebo group. The intake of L-92 also significantly increased Bacteroides spp. and fecal IgA.
