目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	認知症患者におけるうつ状態とアパシーの症候学的評価と脳画像・バイオマーカー等を用いた評価を行う。	The purpose of this study is to symptomatologically evaluate depression and apathy in patients with dementia, and to elucidate responsible lesions using brain images and biomarkers.

介入1/Interventions/Control_1	うつ状態やアパシーを評価する質問紙を選定し、患者から新たな情報を収集する。また、神経心理学的検査や画像検査を行い、そのデータも取得する。	We select questionnaires to assess depression and apathy and collect new information from patients with dementia. We also perform neuropsychological test and brain imaging on patients to obtain data.

適格性/Eligibility
年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	40 歳/years-old 以上/<=
年齢（上限）/Age-upper limit	95 歳/years-old 以下/>=
性別/Gender	男女両方/Male and Female
選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	各認知症型の診断基準を満たした患者で、MRIや脳血流SPECT検査を行った者	Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for each dementia type (AD , DLB, FTD etc) and who have undergone MRI or cerebral blood flow SPECT.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	著しく内科的な身体状態が悪い患者	Patients with extremely poor medical condition.
