目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	ストレス下の過敏性腸症候群症状を前向きに観察し、プロバイオティクス含有食品による過敏性腸症候群の改善または発症予防の効果について検討する。	We will prospectively observe the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome under stress and examine the effects of probiotic-containing foods on improving or preventing the onset of irritable bowel syndrome.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	１．精神疾患者（病歴より判断） ２．牛乳や乳酸菌にアレルギーのある者 ３．腸疾患で手術歴のある者 ４．同意を得られない者	1. Persons with mental illness (judged from medical history) 2. Those who are allergic to milk or lactic acid bacteria 3. Persons with a history of surgery due to intestinal disease 4. Those who cannot obtain consent
