| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 1.市内の介護予防教室に参加する健常高齢者最大200名を対象とする
2.そのうち、本研究への参加にあたり本人からの自由意思で文書同意が得られた者 |
1. Up to 200 older adults participating to who used preventive health care services provided by the City Council of Social Welfare.
2. Among them, the consent of the document was obtained with the free will of the person who participated in this study. |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | 1.かかりつけの医師などから運動を含む日常生活を制限されている者
2.医師から認知症、うつ病、統合失調症などの精神疾患の診断を受けている者 3.認知機能が低下していると判断される者（Mini-Cogにて4点以上） |
1.With severe cardiac, pulmonary, diabetes, or kidney disease or musculoskeletal disorders
2.Having diagnosis of mental illness 3.With severe cognitive impairment |
