| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | (1) 年齢：65歳以上（同意取得時の満年齢）
(2) 性別：不問 (3) （DSM-IV-TRもしくはNIA-AAで）認知症と診断されている者 (4) （胃瘻または経鼻）経管栄養を行っている場合は、医師または言語聴覚士が、食物を使った摂食訓練（直接訓練）が可能と診断している者 |
(1) 65 years of age or older
(2) Male and Female (3) Dementia (4) Diagnosed by a physician or a speech therapist as being capable of feeding training with food (in the case of tube feeding) |

(2) 嚥下が極めて困難であると思われる者 (3) その他、医師等が本研究の対象として不適当と判断した者 |
