主な結果/Results

日本語
HHDと補助具で舌骨上筋群を測定した際の検者内再現性および検者間再現性について検討した。症例数は健常成人29名。1回に2施行で最大値を測定結果とし、1回目の測定から3日以内に別の検者で同じ方法にて測定した。測定値を級内相関係数で検討し、検者内信頼性0.967、検者間信頼性0.873だった。HHDと補助具の組み合わせにより、摂食嚥下リハビリテーションで計測したい頸部前面筋力群の筋力を高い信頼性で客観的に計測できる可能性が示唆された。

N=29.The measured values were examined by intraclass correlation coefficient, and the intra-rater reliability was 0.967, and the inter-rater reliability was 0.873. It was suggested that the combination of HHD and assistive device may enable highly reliable and objective measurement of the muscle strength of the anterior neck muscle group, which is desired to be measured in swallowing rehabilitation.
