切除可能膵癌および切除可能境界膵癌症例を対象に，stereomicroscopic on-site evaluation（SOSE）併用下のEUS-guided tissue acquisitionにおいて，必要最小回数の穿刺で得られる正診率を多施設共同前向き研究により検証する．

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 各種画像検査で膵管癌を疑う膵腫瘤を指摘され、治療方針の決定のために病理診断が必要な症例
2) 臨床病期が切除可能膵癌もしくは切除可能境界膵癌である症例
3) 主要臓器機能が保持されている症例
4) 研究への参加について患者本人から文書にて同意が得られている20歳以上の症例

2) patients whom suspected resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer
3) adequate organ functions
4) providing written informed consent, and age =or >20
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 薬物アレルギーあるいは腎機能障害によりヨード系薬剤が使用できない症例

1) patients in which iodine-containing contrast agent cannot be used due to drug allergies or renal dysfunction
