自然音は、小鳥の鳴き声や小川のせせらぎ、木々のこすれる音や波の音などの自然が生み出す自然界の高周波（1／fリズム）を含んだ音である。自然音は、ストレス緩和効果も指摘されている。オキシトシンは、血中濃度の増加によって身体の癒し（リラックス効果）が報告されている。

Hearing nature sounds are sounds that include high frequencies (1 / f rhythm) in the natural world that nature produces, such as the barking of birds, the murmuring of streams, the rubbing of trees, and the sound of waves. Hearing nature sounds have also been pointed out as having a stress-relieving effect. Oxytocin has been reported to heal the body (relaxing effect) by increasing the blood concentration.
