目的1/Narrative objectives1	大腸癌の免疫状態及び遺伝子発現を網羅的に解析し、その臨床的意義を明らかにすることにより新規治療薬及び治療レジメンを探索する。	We clarify the clinical significance of immune status and gene-expression profile by comprehensive analyses. Through the analyses, we investigate the new treatment strategy.

その他関連情報/Other related information	化学療法、放射線治療、免疫チェックポイント阻害薬投与前後における免疫プロファイリング及び遺伝子発現等の変化について解析を行う。さらに、免疫プロファイリング及び遺伝子発現等の変化と治療効果との関係についても解析を行う。	We investigate the change of immune and gene-expression profiles between pre and post chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immune-checkpoint inhibitor.Additionally, we investigate the correlations between change of immune and gene-expression profiles and efficacies of immune-checkpoint inhibitor.
