目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	網膜色素変性症は、視細胞や網膜色素上皮の変性を原因とした、遺伝性疾患である。 有効な治療法はなく、細胞治療、人工網膜、遺伝子治療などの有効性が今後期待されている。 網膜色素変性における視神経乳頭の蒼白化は特徴的な所見の一つであり、視神経乳頭上のグリア増生などが報告されているが、その原因はっきりとは分かっていない。 視神経乳頭の蒼白化の原因を視細胞変性に伴う２次性の変化か血流の低下によるものと仮説をたて、網膜の構造に加えて血流を同時に測定することで、これまで解明されていない網膜色素変性の視神経乳頭の蒼白化の原因を検討できると考えている。	Retinitis pigmentosa is an inherited disease caused by degeneration of photoreceptor cells and retinal pigment epithelium. There is no effective treatment, and cell therapy, artificial retina, and gene therapy are expected to be effective in the future. Pallor of the optic nerve head is one of the characteristic findings in retinitis pigmentosa, and glial hyperintensities on the optic nerve head have been reported, but the cause of this phenomenon is not clearly understood. We hypothesize that the cause of the pallor of the optic nerve head may be secondary to photoreceptor degeneration or reduced blood flow. We believe that simultaneous measurement of blood flow in addition to retinal structure will allow us to investigate the cause of the previously unexplained pallor of the optic nerve head in retinitis pigmentosa.
