| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 1) 組織学的もしくは臨床的に肝細胞癌であることが確認されている
2) BCLC stage B2またはB3と診断されている。 |
1) Advanced-stage HCC is confirmed by clinical analysis.
2) BCLC stage B2 or B3 |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | 1) 肝癌門脈浸潤
2) 難治性の腹水、肝性脳症がある症例。 3) 高度の高血圧（収縮期血圧160mmHg以上または拡張期血圧100mmHg以上）の症例。 4) 腎障害のある症例（推算ＧＦＲを用いクレアチニンクリアランス50mL/分未満） |
1)Tumor invasion in intrahepatic large vessels (Vp4)
2)hepatic encephalopathy, refractory ascites 3)hypertension (160/100 or higher.) 4)Severe renal function(eGFR<50ml/min) |
