目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	本研究では“膵疾患”“遺伝要因”“環境要因”の３つの関係性を、遺伝要因としてはSNPs、環境要因としては便中、口腔内のみならず、膵の直近臓器である十二指腸、膵液、膵癌内の細菌叢も解析し、多角的に検証を行う。	The current study aims to clarify relationship between microbiome and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in patients suffering from pancreatic disease.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1. 病理学的に膵癌や膵炎と診断された患者 2. 血液検査、画像検査(CT、MRIなど)で膵に異常所見があり、膵の腫瘍性疾患や炎症性疾患が疑われる患者	1. Patients who are pathologically diagnosed as having pancreatic neoplasm and/or inflammatory disease. 2. Patients suspected to have pancreatic neoplasm and/or inflammatory disease based on the results of laboratory test and radiological examination.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	研究責任者が本研究に不適当と判断した研究対象者	Subjects who are not considered acceptable by investigators in this study.
