副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes	心臓カテーテル、心エコー検査による、人工心肺前後における右室と左室機能指標	Cardiac catheterization, and echocardiographic right ventricular (RV) and left ventricular function parameters were measured simultaneously before and after CPB.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	2019年8月から2020年8月末までに当施設で人工心肺、心停止下に行う初回の開心術が予定された患者を連続的に対象とする	From August 2019 to the end of August 2020, we will continuously target patients who are scheduled to undergo the first open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass or cardiac arrest at our facility.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	術前除外基準 1) 中等度以上の三尖弁逆流・右心系手術 2) 心拍動下手術 3) 予定された術中補助循環使用 （VA-ECMO、IABP、LVAD） 4) ペースメーカー 5) 慢性心房細動 6) 左右短絡疾患の合併 7) 局所壁運動異常 8) 3DE、PAC（肺動脈カテーテル）挿入禁忌 9)年齢20歳未満 術中除外基準 1）術中房室ブロック、洞不全症候群によるペースメーカー使用 2) 術中心房細動 3) 三尖弁手術の追加、心拍動下手術、オフポンプ手術への変更 4) 人工心肺離脱後の補助循環使用 5）三次元経食道心エコーもしくは肺動脈カテーテルによるモニタリング不可	Preoperative exclusion criteria 1) Moderate or severe tricuspid regurgitation / Right heart surgery 2) On beating surgery 3) Scheduled intraoperative assisted circulation use (VA-ECMO, IABP, LVAD) 4) Pacemaker 5) Chronic atrial fibrillation 6) Complication of left-right short-circuit disease 7) Abnormal regional wall motion 8) Contraindications for 3DE and PAC (pulmonary artery catheter) insertion Intraoperative exclusion criteria 1) Use of pacemaker due to sinus node syndrome, atrioventricular block during surgery, 2) Atrial fibrillation during surgery 3) Addition of tricuspid valve surgery, change to surgery on beating, off-pump surgery 4) Use of auxiliary circulation after withdrawal from the heart-lung machine 5) Cannot be monitored by three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography or pulmonary artery catheter
