目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1	医師が小児・思春期がん患者に対して、“がん診断の告知を行っているか”、及びその際に“がん治療による性腺機能不全や将来不妊症になるリスクの説明を行っているか”に関する実態調査を行い、その結果を日米の両国で比較することで、お互いの利点・欠点を見出し、小児・思春期がん患者のQOL向上に寄与することを目的とする。	Our aim is to know whether the doctor "notifies the cancer diagnosis" to pediatric and adolescent cancer patients, and at that time of cancer diagnosis, "explains the risk of hypogonadism and future infertility due to cancer treatment" by conducting a survey on and comparing the results between Japan and the United States. We will find out the advantages and disadvantages of each other and contribute to improving the QOL of pediatric and adolescent cancer patients.

評価/Assessment
主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes	(1)小児・思春期がん患者に直接がん告知を行っているかを、小学生低学年（思春期前）、小学生中から高学年（思春期発来期）、中学生から高校生（思春期）という３つの年齢層にわけ、年齢層別の告知の現状について評価を行う (2)小児・思春期がん患者に対するがん告知するかどうかを決定する際に、影響を受ける因子（患者の年齢、両親の希望、患者の予後）の評価を行う (3)上記の３つの年齢層別に、医師としてがん告知を行うべきと考えるか否か、「医師の考え」の評価を行う	(1)Evaluate the current status of notifications by three age groups: elementary school lower grades (pre-puberty), elementary school middle to upper grades (adolescent onset), and junior high school to high school (adolescent) (2)Evaluate affected factors (patient age, parents' wishes, patient prognosis) when deciding whether to notify pediatric and adolescent cancer patients (3)For each of the above three age groups, evaluate "doctor's thoughts" as to whether or not you think that you should make a cancer notification as a doctor.
