1) 各種画像や血液検査から、治療を目的とするERCPの施行が必要な症例
2) 未処置乳頭の症例
3）胆管挿管前の乳頭正面視の画像において、Oral protrusion-Largeである症例

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 処置後乳頭の症例
2) 膵管挿管を目的とする症例
3) Oral protrusion patternの判定が困難な症例
4) 出血傾向を有する症例
5）内視鏡診療ガイドラインに沿った抗血小板・抗凝固薬の休薬が不可能な症例
6) その他、担当医師が対象として不適当と判断した症例
