アルコール代謝に関わる遺伝子多型、NAFLD高リスク遺伝子多型、飲酒歴、呼気中A/E比、FIB-4 index、FibroScanによるNAFLDの進展度との関連を調査し、NAFLD発症リスクとの臨床的意義を明らかにする。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1.NAFLDと診断、もしくは同疾患が疑われ、精査および治療後経過観察のためのFibroScanが予定されている者
2.20歳以上の者
3. 臨床検査値が下記の基準を満たす者
AST、ALT、γGTP：研究機関の施設基準値上限の5倍以下
4. 1日のアルコール摂取量が下記基準を満たす者
　　　男性：アルコール 30g/day (210g/wk)未満
　　　女性：アルコール 20g/day (140g/wk)未満
5. 研究対象者本人から文書による同意が得られる者

1. NAFLD patients who will receive FibroScan
2. Age over 20 yrs
3. AST, ALT, GGT under 5 ULN
4. alcohol intake
male: less than 30g/day (210g/wk)
female: less than 20g/day (140g/wk)
5. patients who cannot consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.アルコールに対するアレルギーがある者
2.妊娠中または妊娠している可能性がある、または授乳中である女性
3.重篤な合併症を有する者（酸素吸入を要する慢性閉塞性肺疾患、肺線維症、有症状の心不全など）
4.ペースメーカを使用する者
5. B型肝炎、C型肝炎の者
6. 食道、胃、肝臓、膵臓の切除手術歴がある者（内視鏡治療は除く）
7.他の臨床試験（治験含む）に参加している者
8.担当医師が登録を不適切と判断した者
9. 非代償期の肝硬変の者
