目的1/Narrative objectives1	cStageII/III左側閉塞性大腸癌症例に対する術前減圧目的の大腸ステントが，TDTと比べ長期予後で劣っていないことをランダム化比較第III 相試験にて検証すること	To verify that BTS with colonic stents is not inferior to TDT in long-term outcomes for cStage II/III left-sided obstructive colorectal cancers.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.同時多発癌
2.他臓器癌
3.大腸癌の主占居部位が肛門縁から10cm以内
4.炎症性腸疾患および症候性ポリポーシス

1. Metachronous cancers
2. Patients with other cancers
3. Tumors located within 10cm from the anal verge.
4. IBD or polyposis syndrome
