| 主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes | 各手法（ブラッシング・口腔内清拭・水を用いた含嗽）直後の唾液中細菌数を測定する。
測定に侵襲は伴わず、測定後の追跡観察は行わない。 |
The number of bacteria in saliva is measured immediately after each method (brushing, cleaning the oral cavity, and gargling with water).
The measurement is not invasive and no follow-up is performed after the measurement. |
