年齢（下限）/Age-lower limit	20 歳/years-old 以上/<=

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	1)第一度近親者以内に一人以上の膵癌家族歴を保有する者 2)遺伝性膵癌症候群と診断された者(遺伝性膵炎、 遺伝性乳癌卵巣癌症候群、Peutz-Jeghers症候群、家族性異型多発母斑黒色腫症候群、遺伝性非ポリポーシス大腸癌、家族性大腸腺腫ポリポーシス)	1)Individuals with at least one affected first degree relative(FDR) 2)Individuals with Hereditary pancreatitis (HP), Hereditary breast ovarian cancer syndrome (HBOC), Peutz-Jeghers syndrome,Familial atypical multiple melanoma (FAMMM), Fereditary nonpolyposis colon cancer (HNPCC), familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP)
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	決められた検査が受けられない症例（胃全摘後や閉所恐怖症など）	Cases who cannot receive planned test(ex. total gastrectomy, Claustrophobia)
