対象者は，脳卒中に由来する上肢麻痺を呈 する当院の患者とする.

Patients with (incomplete) upper extremity paresis resulting from stroke are included.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
顕著な認知症，日常生活を強く阻害する精 神疾患や失語症，過度の痛み，末期の疾患 やコントロールされていない医学的状態を 認めた場合は，対象から除外とする.

Exclusion criteria include the following: (1) clear sign of dementia; (2) mental di sorder, or aphasia as an obstacle to dail y living; (3) excessive pain; (4) the sever e end-stage or uncontrolled medical co nditions.

・デザイン：観察研究（後ろ向き横断的単施設試験）
・対象：脳卒中により上肢麻痺を呈した患者
・方法：
>データ収集：2016年4月以降に兵庫医科大学病院に入院または通院し, リハビリテーション科がその期間に運用した前向き横断的試験等への参加に書面にて同意を提出した患者
>使用するカルテ情報：診断名, 年齢, 性別, 発症から評価実施までの期間, 上肢関連身体機能評価結果（日本語版ARAT， Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA)，Box-and-Block Test (BBT), Motor Activity Log (MAL)）, 身体所見（利き手、筋の緊張の検査など）, 損傷半球, 損傷部位など
>解析手法：信頼性；合計得点に対しては ICC, 各項目得点に対しては, 重み付けされたカッパ係数, 測定誤差に対してはBland-Altman PlotやLimits of AgreementをJMP, Rなどを用い算出または処理する. 構成概念妥当性；日本語版ARATに対する Fugl-Meyer Assessment，Box-and-Block Test, Motor Activity Log間の妥当性について，Spearmanの順位相関係数, 散布図, 平滑化曲線を, JMP, Rなどを用い算出または処理する.
>サンプルサイズの見積もり：信頼性；級内相関係数（ICC）が主要解析となるため, Bonett（Stat Med. 2002; 21:1331-35）の手法に基づき, planning valueを0.8, desired precisionを0.15，alphaを0.05として, 28名以上と見積もられた．妥当性；G*Power (ver. 3.1.3) を使用し，Correlation (Point biserial model) に対して，Effect sizeを0.5，alphaを0.05, powerを0.8と設定し，26名以上と見積もられた.
>インフォームド・コンセントを受ける手続き等：本研究に係わるすべての研究者は，「ヘルシンキ宣言」および「人を対象とする医学系研究に関する倫理指針」を遵守して実施する. また, 情報公開文を用いてホームページで公開し, 研究対象者が参加を拒否できる機会を設け, 対象となった被験者の人権に常に配慮した上で，研究に対して持つ疑問点に返答する.

A retrospective single-center study involving 30 patients was conducted. The data used in this study come from the video evaluation obtained during the study conducted between 2016 and 2017 at the college hospital. The study was registered with the University Hospital Medical Information Network Clinical Trial Registry (UMIN000022173) in May 2016 as a ore-initiation condition.

The inter-rater reliability/agreement, the validity of the shortened ARAT with Guttman scales will be assessed. The protocol for this study was approved by the Hyogo College of Medicine Institutional Review Board and was conducted in a manner that conformed to the approved protocol.
