選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	県立広島大学保健福祉学部に所属する学生でかつ研究内容を理解し協力に同意した者	Students who belong to the Faculty of Health and Welfare, Hiroshima University, who understand the content of the research and agree to cooperate.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	手部の整形外科疾患の既往歴 消化管疾患の既往歴 腎疾患の既往歴 神経筋電気刺激による介入研究への参加経験	History of orthopedic diseases of the hand History of gastrointestinal diseases History of renal disease Experience participating in intervention studies with neuromuscular electrical stimulation
