目的1/Narrative objectives1	AO-SLOを用いて、患者眼の眼底画像を既存の眼底 観察機器では観察不可能であった細胞レベルで取 得し、網膜疾患における視細胞密度、視細胞間 隔・視細胞配列及び網膜毛細血管形態・毛細血管 血流・毛細血管血球動態を計測する	To examine photoreceptor and retinal blood vessels in retinal diseases with AO-SLO

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	(1)患者群:九州大学病院眼科を受診する方 で、2名以上の眼科専門医によって糖尿病網膜症、 加齢黄斑変性、網膜色素変性、その他網膜疾患、 の眼疾患を有し、適応となる方。 対照群:九州大学病院眼科を受診する方で、眼底 疾患を有しておらず、糖尿病、高血圧など全身疾患 のない適応となる方。 (2)本研究計画について十分に理解し、本人に よる同意が可能な方。	(1)Patient group: Patients with diabetes retinopathy, age related macular degeneration, retina pigment denaturation, other retina disease s in Kyushu University Hospital ophthalmology. Control group: Person who do not have any retinal disease in Kyushu University Hospital ophthalmology, and there is not the systemic disease including diabetes and hypertension. (2) Person who can understand this study plan enough, and the agreement by the person i s possible.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	(1)散瞳剤に対して副作用(過敏症、眼圧上昇)の既往がある方。 (2)細隙灯顕微鏡検査で浅前房を認めた方。 (3)その他研究者が被験者として適当でないと判断した方。	1) Person with the past which is a side effect (hyperesthesia and the eyes pressure rise) to mydriasis eye drop. (2) Person with shallow anterior chamber (3) Person who id judged that he is not suitable as a subject by a researcher.
