| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | ①当院にて慢性肝疾患と診断された20歳以上の患者でPoPHを疑う臨床症状（胸痛、呼吸困難、失神、血痰など）を呈する患者。
②門脈圧亢進症性肺高血圧症と診断された患者で当院にて経過のフォローアップが可能なもの。 |
(1) Patients over 20 years of age who have been diagnosed with chronic liver disease in our hospital and present with clinical symptoms (e.g., chest pain, dyspnea, syncope, blood sputum, etc.) that are suspicious of PoPH.
(2) Patients diagnosed with portal hypertension who can be followed up in our hospital. |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | ①当院にてフォローアップが不可能であった症例
②その他、研究者が不適当と判断した場合。 |
(1)Cases for which follow-up was not possible at our hospital
(2) Any other cases that the researcher deems inappropriate. |
