選択基準/Key inclusion criteria	病変最大径が30mm以下の胃癌	gastric cancer which is maximum lesion diameter is 30 mm or less
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria	１）肉眼型が隆起型（0-Ⅰ型）の症例 ２）術後胃	1)type0-I gastric cancer 2)post gastrectomy cases
