回復期リハビリテーション病棟の退院1 週間前より非麻痺側足関節に歩数計を装着し、歩数計測を開始する。退院後は標準的な通所リハビリテーション（療法士による個別訓練40 分/回＋自主訓練 40 分/回、週1-2 回、3 ヶ月間）を実施するとともに、介入開始までの3 週間、歩数計測のみを行う。その後、歩数計データのフィードバックおよび歩行量増加のための個別支援を週1回、9週間行う。

Participants wear a pedometer on the ankle of the unaffected side and start step count monitoring 1 week before discharge from a convalescent rehabilitation ward. After discharge, step counts are monitored for the first 3 weeks in advance of intervention while attending standard rehabilitation program for daycare facility (therapist intervention 40 minutes+self exercise 40 minutes/day, 1-2 times/week, 3 months). Afterward, participants receive feedback on pedometer data and personalized advice for increasing step count once a week, for 9 weeks.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 脳血管障害を発症後1 年以内である。
2. 歩行レベルがFAC 4：平地歩行自立以上。
3. 実施内容の説明理解が可能であり、本研究への参加について同意が得られた者。

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 10m 歩行速度が0.4m/s 未満である。
2. 失語症やその他の高次脳機能障害により指示に十分従えない可能性がある。
3. 活動量増加が身体状況の悪化に繋がる可能性がある。
・治療上安静を要する場合（疼痛コントロール不良の骨関節疾患など）
・呼吸および循環機能障害に起因する運動制限
・その他、何らかの理由による運動制限

2. Unable to understand instructions due to aphasia or cognitive dysfunctions
3. Contraindications for encouragement to walk
-Conditions that need rest for treatment, i.e. uncontrolled pain due to musculoskeletal diseases
-Respiratory and/or circulatory dysfunction that need restriction of activity
-Other conditions that need restriction of activity
