| 選択基準/Key inclusion criteria | 対象者は下記のすべての基準を満たし，本人の同意が得られた者とする．
1) 近畿大学病院において食道癌摘出術もしくは食道癌摘出・再建術を予定されている食道癌患者で術前化学療法を行う予定の40歳以上の患者. 2) 主要臓器（骨髄，心，肝，腎など）に高度な合併がない患者. 3) Performance ScaleがⅠもしくはⅡで歩行が自立している患者. |
The patients of esophageal cancer filled out under the inclusion criteria.
1)The patient above the age of 40 years old and might be received esophagectomy. 2)No comorbidity in organs. 3)Performance Scale is I or II |

| 除外基準/Key exclusion criteria | 1)二期再建術、もしくは胸部食道癌で喉頭摘出術を実施する患者
2)見当識障害や精神疾患により、本研究に登録が困難と判断される患者 |
1) Esophagectomy of two phases operation and cervical esophageal cancer patients.
2) Disorientation or Dementia |
