地域在住高齢者を対象としてスマートフォン用いた生活における様々な活動の自己管理とウォーキングプログラムによる身体活動促進が認知症発症抑制に与える影響を明らかにする。

認知機能（全般的認知機能、記憶、注意機能、遂行機能、情報処理速度、ワーキングメモリー）、身体機能（歩行速度、筋力）、心理状態（うつ傾向、孤独感、生活満足度）、生活様式（身体等活動、食事の多様性、社会的ネットワーク）、スマートフォン使用状況、身体的フレイル、社会的フレイル、サルコペニア、イベント発生率（要介護認定の発生、死亡）

Cognitive function (global cognitive function, memory, attention, executive function, processing speed, working memory), Physical function (muscle strength, walking speed), psychological status (depressive symptoms, loneliness, life satisfaction), Life style (physical and leisure activity, dietary variety, social network), smartphone usage,physical frailty, social frailty, sarcopenia , incident of disability incident of mortality.

１）介入効果検証のためのベースライン検査を受けている
２）60歳以上の男女
３）対象地域に居住している
４）介入に継続して参加できる
５）書面にて研究参加に同意している

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１）高度な機能障害により運動、食事・飲水等を禁止・制限する必要があり参加が難しい場合
２）医師により運動制限がある
３）認知症の診断を受けている
４）要介護認定1以上の判定を受けている
５）日本語の会話・読解が不可能である
６）認知機能検査が実施不可である
７）ベースライン検査でMMSEが基準よりも低下している場合：教育期間12年未満（MMSE得点が23点未満）、教育期間12から15年（MMSE得点が24点未満）、教育期間16年以上（MMSE得点が26点未満）

1) have difficulty to participate intervention program such as sever disability or inhibited exercise some problem
2) inhibited exercises by doctor
3) diagnosed dementia
4) have been certified long term care insurance
5) unable to write/converse in Japanese
6) deficit of cognitive function assessment
7) lower MMSE score at baseline assessment: absolute score of < 23 for persons who have under 12 years of education, a score < 24 for persons who have 12 to 15 years of education, or a score < 26 for persons who have 16 years or more of education.
